JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to exempt the petitioner from appearing in the departmental examination and thereafter make the payment three consecutive increment with effect from 01-07-2012 to 31-012015.

(iii) To direct the respondents to make the payment of arrears of difference of salary as well as pension.

(iv) To direct the respondents to make the payment of penal interest with regard above mentioned dues on account of delay and latches on the part of respondents."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
