The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tharthari P. S. Case No. 102 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has come during investigation that the Rock Breaker Machine was stolen from the agricultural land of the petitioner and his role has come during investigation as the person who is the master mind of the case.

In the aforesaid fact and circumstances, this is not a fit

The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today.
