1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to enquiry of appointment of respondent No. 6 which was appointed by giving forged details and he appointed in place of petitioner.

(ii) To restrain the respondent for making payment of any claim made by the respondent No. 6 till disposal of the present writ petition. (iii) To issuance of writ/order/direction to the respondents for the reliefs to which the petitioner

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
