Case No. 162 of 2013 by which the learned Court below took cognizance for the offences under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.
