2. This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of East Colony P.S. Case No.50 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115, 117, 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have injured the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2024 and he claims two criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26832 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Munger/concerned Court below, in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No.50 of 2024.

7. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at East Colony Police Station, Munger on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
