JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision application as the same is not maintainable which has been filed for reviewing the judgment dated 14.04.1983, passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anand Prasad Sinha, in Criminal Appeal No. 113 of 1978, by which the aforesaid appeal was dismissed and Criminal Appeal No. 118 of 1978, filed by one co-accused Gupteshwar Upadhyay, was allowed and he was acquitted. Permission is accorded.

The present Criminal Revision application is dismissed as withdrawn.
