JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 Earlier the writ petition was dismissed on 10.05.2016.Thereafter the present writ petition has been restored vide order dated 09.08.2017 passed in MJC No. 123 of 2017. Again on 16.07.2018 the writ petition was dismissed for nonprosecution. Thereafter, the present writ petition has been restored vide order dated 05.09.2022 passed in MJC No. 3053 of 2018. Today when the matter was again called out, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
