Heard Shri P.N. Shahi learned senior counsel assisted by Shri Manish Kumar No. 02 for the petitioner and they have vehemently tried to put up their case for quashing. The order dated 02.03.2016 has been filed for quashing on 19.03.2018 after an inordinate delay of two years. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches only.

The trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial as the same is pending since long.
