Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 318 of 2018 corresponding to Goraul P.S. Case No. 282 of 2012 for the offence under sections 326, 307, 380, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.9. 2015.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after going into the case diary admits that nature of injury on the informant side is simple.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly four years and the nature of injury is simple, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the
