The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For quashing/setting aside the order contained in Memo 1276 dated 14.07.2014 (Annexure-12) issued under the signature of respondent no. 2, i.e., the District Magistrate, Kaimur whereby and whereunder the two salary increments of the petitioner have been stopped with immediate effect

Patna High Court CWJC No.18692 of 2014(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/3 and to enter the same in the Service Book of the petitioner with red ink without considering the facts & circumstances of the case;

ii. For quashing / setting aside the Enquiry Report dated 12.05.2014 (Annexure:- 10 ) issued under the signature of respondent no. 7, i.e, the Sr. Deputy Collector-cumConducting Officer, Bhabua whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been declared as guilty of negligence of his duty without assigning any rhyme or reason;

iii. To declare and hold that the petitioner has very rightly performed his duty of Head Assistant of Circle Office of Rampur block and the mistake committed by him is due to overburden of work as well as due to human error which is not deliberate and intentional and has not acted any misconduct or negligence while performing his official duty / responsibility."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appellate authority with regard to redressal of his grievances

Patna High Court CWJC No.18692 of 2014(2) dt.02-08-2023 3/3 and for challenging the impugned order dated 14.07.2014, passed by the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
