JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307 and 426/34 of the Indian Penal Code, thereafter Section 304B of the IPC was added. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about seven years of the marriage by causing burn injury. The prosecution case is based on fardbeyan of the victim. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected in connection with Neema Chandpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Begusarai.
