2. Heard Mr. Sanjay Parasamani, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed representation way back on 26.04.2012, but no decision has been taken, and his simple grievance of adjustment of accounts has not been made. It is

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievance, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation that the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-21, may be disposed of by the respondent no.7, if already not disposed of, expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
