The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(A), 38(A) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged in the written report that 34 litres of foreign liquor kept in a plastic bag has been recovered from the Motorcycle. Petitioner along with other accused person was found sitting on the aforesaid Motorcycle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2019 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let

Case No. 31 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
