The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and in view of the fact that he is also accused in another case of similar nature, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
