2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 365 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Unknown dacoits committed dacoity in the shop of the informant and looted Rs. 2.5 lakhs, watch etc. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of Abhishek Kumar. The petitioner has eight criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 14.08.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27079 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and also the antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
