Mr. Laxmi Kant Tiwari learned counsel on instructions of Mr. Umesh Kumar informs that the matter has been rendered infructuous by passage of time.
Perusal of the relief shows that a requisition was moved against the Up-Mukhiya expressing no confidence which was rejected by him. The petitioner has thus prayed for necessary directions for convening of a special meeting of no confidence on the basis of the same requisition dated 22.8.2014.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18229 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 Considering the passage of time and the right that was vested in the requisitionists to move afresh but not having been acted upon, the issue raised in the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
