After passing of the impugned order, it appears from the report furnished by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, a fresh order summoning the accused persons in the case was passed on 20.01.2018 by which all the three accused persons named in the complaint petition were summoned to face trial for the offence under Section 436 IPC and the process was issued on 07.03.2018.

3. In view of the subsequent development which has taken place in the court of learned Magistrate in which the process has been issued against the accused persons, I do not
