The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No.114 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 504, 506, 353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code; Rule 4 and 21 of the MMDR 1957 and Rules 11, 43 and 56 of Bihar Mineral Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage Act, 2019.
Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Jamui.

No.37396 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No.114 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. However, before accepting bail bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Jamui.
