The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For quashing/setting aside the order contained in Memo 831 dated 26.05.2005 (Annexure-8) issued under the signature of respondent no. 2, i.e., the District Magistrate, Kaimur whereby and whereunder the one salary increment of the petitioner has been stopped with immediate effect and to enter the same in the Service Book of the petitioner without considering the

ii. For quashing / setting aside the order contained in Letter No. 297 dated 13.05.2005 (Annexure:-1) issued under the signature of respondent no., i.e., the Deputy Collector Land Reforms-cumConducting Officer, Bhabua whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been declared as guilty of negligence of his duty without assigning any rhyme or reason;

iii. To declare and hold that the petitioner has very rightly performed his duty of Head Assistant of Circle Office of Rampur block and he has not acted any misconduct or negligence while performing his official duty/ responsibility."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appellate authority with regard to redressal of his grievances and for challenging the impugned order dated 26.05.2005, passed by the District Magistrate,

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
