The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (Mufassil) P.S.Case No.421 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8, 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Regard being had to the fact that for the alleged occurrence which took place on 09.03.2017, the FIR was lodged in the police station on 03.04.2017 and no plausible explanation has been given for inordinate delay in the institution of the FIR, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48541 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st A.D.J., Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.421 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
