====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 116(c) of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in brief is that these petitioners executed a forged sale deed in favour of the complainant and cheated cash of Rs. Seven lakh.
It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners are bona fide land owners of the land in question. Primarily, it is a case of civil dispute.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 116(c) of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
