JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ order or direction to command the respondents to furnish the certificate for those days in which petitioner was lodged in Custody for the restoration of Democracy by way of Protecting fundamental rights of the partIII of the Constitution, during the period in March 14th 1974 to 21st March 1977, Which were conducted in the Leadership of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan.

And also declare him as the Member of J.P.

"Samman Yojna" and direct him to deliver the all

Patna High Court CWJC No.18196 of 2014(2) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 facilities and the Prestige which are notified by the Government(Respondent) in the official Gazettee dated 30th July 2009."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
