This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 68/2014, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 307, 379, 505 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset has drawn my attention to Annexure-2 of the application stating that the informant and the petitioner have resolved their dispute amicably.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43047 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 68/2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
