2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section s 376 and 509 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and 66 (e) and 67 (a) of the I.T. Act.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he secretly recorded a obscene video of the informant while making physical relation with her and uploaded the same on social media.

Both parties are neighbors and they met in a shop and from there a relationship started between them, both of them became intimate. The photos in question was sent by her. Informant is married woman aged more than 30 years. The incident of rape as per the informant was mutually settled in a panchayat, where it was decided that they won't contact each other and both of them parted ways, but to extort money from the petitioner, informant has lodged this false and concocted case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that from perusal of the FIR, it is apparent that the specific allegation is against the petitioner that he made the obscene video of informant and uploaded the same on social media.
6. Considering the serious nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
