Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 311/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/364/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The boy is still traceless. The petitioner is involved in the kidnapping of the boy.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37529 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 directed to get the case investigated properly under his supervision so that the boy is recovered at the earliest. If required, the police will seek custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
