JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahpur P. S. Case No. 154 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the fact that for an occurrence which took place in the year 2012, an FIR has been instituted under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code on 08.07.2017 pursuant to a complaint filed in the court, which was referred to the police for investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners named above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48395 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XIV, Ara in Sahpur P. S. Case No. 154 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
