Having regard to the fact that the death of the father of the petitioner had taken place on 17.04.1997 and the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground was rejected by the District Compassionate Appointment Committee on 10.04.2008, on the ground that he did not possess minimum qualification, the same cannot be interfered by this Court, specially when almost two decades have now elapsed after the death of the father of the petitioner.

That being so, this writ application must fail and is, accordingly, dismissed.
