2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 370, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The son of the informant was a student studying in a hostel. The petitioner was working in the said hostel. After disappearance of the boy, the informant was informed about the same by the petitioner. On the next day, the dead body was recovered behind the school.

4. Except for suspicion, there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is in jail since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023.
