Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted promotion but the entire arrears arising out of such promotion has not been granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the university submits that the entire monetary benefit has already been extended to the petitioner.
In view of the above, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise grievance of wrong
Patna High Court CWJC No.857 of 2016 (3) dt.06-03-2018 calculation, if any, as claimed by the petitioner arising out of such promotion or any monetary benefit which has not been extended to the petitioner by filing representation before the Vice Chancellor of the university who shall consider the case of the petitioner and in case any further dues is found admissible, the same may be paid to the petitioner. The final decision in this regard shall be taken by the respondent Vice Chancellor within a period of two months from the date of filing such representation. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application is disposed of.
