2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted a Scorpio and other articles.

4. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced. He has been identified in the T.I. parade by one witness. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2024. The petitioner has nine antecedent also.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, the identification of the petitioner in the T.I. parade and the criminal
