The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420/34, 465 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no.2 being father of petitioner no.1 claimed the Life Insurance maturity amount by making false claim that petitioner no.1 is died. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that ultimately no payment was made and hence no offence under section 420 IPC is made out. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No.331/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
