From perusal of the record, it appears that the name of Raj Mangal Rai, Son of Bhola Rai has been written as petitioner no.4 in the cause title of the bail petition and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, all the four petitioners have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25644 of 2019(3) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 29.04.2019, but in the title portion of the said order, inadvertently the name of the petitioner no.4 has wrongly been typed as opposite party no.2 instead of petitioner no.4. Hence the aforesaid order is rectified to the aforesaid extent and the name of Raj Mangal Rai Son of Bhola Rai shall be read as petitioner no.4 in the order dated 29.04.2019.
