It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he shall be satisfied if the Jamabandi Appeal No. 01 of 2020 which is pending before the District Magistrate, Gaya is disposed of at the earliest.

The petitioner will appear before the District Magistrate, Gaya on 5th of December, 2022 along with a copy of this order. Thereafter, a date of hearing shall be fixed and the appeal shall be decided by the District Magistrate, Gaya within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction this application is disposed of.

During the pendency of the appeal, the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed.
