JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bathwaria P.S. Case No. 177 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 376, 511, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he made attempt to commit rape on the informant. Although, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to convince me about the false implication of the petitioner pointing out that there is two days delay in lodging the first information report but I am not at all convinced with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14338 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 aforesaid submission.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
