Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No. 545 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar situated co-accused persons, namely, Sonu Chourasia & Harishankar Nishad @ Chintu Chowdhary have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 25097 of 2020 & 25041 of 2020 on 20.10.2020 & 23.11.2020 as contained in Annexure- 1 to the supplementary affidavit. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2020.

No.25021 of 2020(3) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No 545 of 2020.
