JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/120B/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The whole dispute arises out of an agreement for sale between the parties.

Considering the nature of dispute and the allegation, which is based on complaint petition, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45315 of 2015 (8) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Indrani Kisku, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna/Successor Court in connection with Shashtrinagar Police Station Case No.540 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
