The prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the two petitioners who are husband and wife has been renewed. Their prayer for anticipatory bail was considered and rejected on vide order dated 06.09.2016 ( Annexure-1).

It appears from perusal of the record that such prayer for anticipatory bail has been made stating that few other accused(s) of the present case stood tried and were acquitted. The petitioners being the evader of the process of law and considering the nature of allegation attributed to them in a case registered under Section 304B/34 of the IPC, the Court is not inclined to allow the application. Prayer for bail, is, accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48239 of 2017(2) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 rejected. The order present, however, shall not prejudice the case of the petitioners if the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned Court below.
