2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 338, 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the BNS.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that, on the basis of secret information, police reached the place of occurrence and apprehended eight accused persons including the petitioners and recovered several data sheets, mobile phones and note-books.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case.

No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that as per allegation, only data sheet containing the name of the customers and mobile numbers has been recovered from the petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioners have no concern with the recovered data sheet. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 12.01.2025 and have no criminal antecedent. The co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17517 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, claim based on parity as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties
