ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No.101 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 341, 323, 353, 354, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner had resisted the vaccination process, which was not being done under proper medical environment and without verification of the history of the patients, the present allegations against the petitioner have been brought in bringing in false and concocted charges.

No.44143 of 2016 (3) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State and also because no case appears to have been made out against the connected Sections and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No.101 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
