The petitioner being the brother-in-law of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the brother-in-law of the husband of the victim. There is no specific accusation against the petitioner. Bona fide fact is that the informant has admitted, this petitioner, who informed the informant about the incident

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.162 of 2016 (2) dt.06-01-2016 and when the informant came he saw the victim being taken to Varanasi hospital for treatment, though she was died by that time.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-sone in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 417 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
