Under the compelling circumstances, today this case has been listed under the heading "for dismissal" to provide one more opportunity to the counsel for the petitioner to assist the court. Unfortunately, today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case.

It appears from the order dated 16.04.2012 that this

Patna High Court CWJC No.21301 of 2011(3) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 Court has passed order for listing the present case after disposal of LPA No. 1914 of 2011. The said LPA was preferred by the respondent no.11 and the same was allowed vide order dated 6.7.2012.

In view of the order passed in LPA No. 1914 of 2011 whereby the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority was quashed by the LPA Court, no indulgence can be granted to the petitioner in the present proceeding. Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as devoid of merit.
