Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471 and 120(B0/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is using forged certificate in procuring employment. He submits that certificate is genuine and after verification of the same, the petitioner was offered appointment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstances other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14521 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 No. 62658 of 2017 and analogous cases vide order dated 13.3.2018.
In view of the above, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
