The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the rented premise of the petitioner 30 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered. The petitioner has got identical case of the year 2005.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 27190 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.358 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
