2. The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the countertenor/opposite parties for their willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 19.10.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14297 of 2022 which has not been complied in is true letter and spirit.

3. The petitioner has himself signed the report of the Circle Officer that the encroachment has been removed and the

Patna High Court MJC No.1163 of 2023(4) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 order has been complied. Now, the petitioner submits that he has made his signature without realizing the fact that the encroachment has not been removed and he has made the signature on a blank paper.

4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter on the stand of the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. If the petitioner has any grievance, he will file a fresh writ application.

6. This application is disposed of.
