Petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.14 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that three persons were intercepted on the motorcycle. Firearms have been recovered from possession of Sudhanshu Kumar Singh and Yogendra Nut. It is also alleged in the written report that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27570 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
