JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 323, 376, 3379 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including petitioner. It is further submitted that other coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Hon'ble Court by order dated 19.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 47073 of 2016.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48172 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 dated 19.12.2016 in Cr. Misc. no. 47073 of 2016, let above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case no. 184 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
