Having gone through the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge, we are not inclined to interfere in the

Patna High Court LPA No.1259 of 2012 (02) dt.20-02-2015 - 2 - matter.

The writ petitioners/appellants were allegedly appointed as Shiksha Mitra. In the year 2006 all working Shiksha Mitra were absorbed as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra. They first time vindicated their grievance in the year 2011, i.e., five years after the aforesaid conversion. The learned Single Judge has refused to interfere in the matter. We are not inclined to take a different view of the matter.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
