The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2016, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Aditya Kumar and Princ Kumar were apprehended by the police with stolen Scooty, who disclosed about purchasing the same from Rahul Kumar, who also apprehended by the police and confessed his guilt about committing theft of Scooty with the help of this petitioner.
