2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner had taken money of Rs. 4,00,000/- for F.O. plant and promised that he will return money within two months. For that, an agreement was also prepared between the parties in presence of witnesses, but even thereafter, the petitioner refused to return money.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
