2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the brief of the present case has been taken away by the client and she has no instruction with regard to the present position. Today, no other counsel is present to represent the petitioners.

3. It appears that the matter is of 2014 and the petitioners have lost their interest in pursuing his remedy before this Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ application stands dismissed as not pressed.
